Job Description / Requirements

  • Liaise with Customer service and perform Level 2 technical troubleshooting 
  • Perform maintenance service scope to PacTech Care Customer according to support entitlement.
  • Perform solution simulation, firmware upgrade and burn in test if require.
  • Provide 24x7 onsite standby technical support and carry out preventive maintenance as and when required.
  • Feedback field issues and requirements to immediate superior for service optimization
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects if require



  • Diploma/Engineering degree holders on IT networking or relevant field
  • Good IT knowledge in OSI 7 Layer, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN technologies and network security
  • Good analytical and a flair for dealing with technical and operational problems
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Positive working attitude and a good team player
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Willing to work extended office hours and after office hours when needed
  • Exposure to security solution such as Firewall, local balancer or endpoint protection is an advantage

  • working hours: 9am to 6pm (Monday to Fridays)
  • Working Location: Redhill
  • 24x7 standby duty: required
