A successful, stable company that holds leading positions in the mobile and e-commerce market requires a Team Lead Technical Support Specialist.

You will be involved into the following activities:

Monitor system operation status;
Assist partners to integrate with the system;
Diagnose and resolve issues occurred on the partner’s side;
Resolve incidents by involving developers and analysts;
Interact with the business units of the company;
Resolve various unpredicted tasks and emerging issues;
Quickly and independently achieve the result;

We expect you have the following skills:

Strong team management skills;

Ability to solve internal conflicts in a team
Work experience in the support service in Online Payment Industry;
Confident English speaker (not less than intermediate level);
Have a general idea of XML and SQL;
Familiar with SSL and other Information Security Systems;
Skilled in reading logs;
Understand the terminology of acquiring process;
Business English Email communicating skills;
Have a competent speech, know how to formulate thoughts, stress-resistant, energetic, foresee the future goals, team player.
